About Me

Taisha Charles is an aspiring SIOP Professional who will be attaining a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University in May of 2026. She received a Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Psychology from Albright College in May of 2024. Taisha hopes to one day work in Employee Retention Consulting, creating wellness & retention programs for businesses experiencing peaks in recruitment and development.

In my role as an Enrollment Counselor at Albright College my duties currently include:

Oversee all Student Workers within the Admission Department
Territory Manager for Philadelphia County, Chester County, and Delaware County
Plan and run all Admission Events such as Accepted Students Day, Disover Day, and Open Houses.

In my role as a Graduate Assistant for the Rammy Team my duties include:

Manage Rammy (WCU Mascot) calendar and email account
Plan and create content for Instagram & TikTok
Plan Rammy's Birthday Party
