During my undergraduate career, I held multiple leadership and campus roles that required me to quickly learn how to engage audiences, communicate strategically, and solve real organizational problems. My work in student leadership and admissions social media sparked a deeper interest in recruitment strategies, engagement, and member retention, an interest that evolved into a passion for Industrial/Organizational Psychology. This combination of hands-on communication work and analytical training ultimately sharppened my focus on employee retention, recruitment practices, and strategic workforce management.
