This poster highlights the process our pair used to do a Job Analysis on the role of a Student Success Coach at Albright College. We created a job questionaaire, conducts SME (Subject Matter Expert) inteviews, analyzed quantitive data, and created a final product of a job description for the role.

In this project, our team acted as consultants contracted by WinCorp who were tasked with analyzing employee survey data to uncover actionable insights and provide reccomendations to enhance the employee experience at WinCorp.
